Return and exchange policy

Eligibility for returns:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Deadline:
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase date.
- Changes are subject to availability.

How to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at contact@oliolius.com to request a return/exchange authorization.
- Please clearly indicate your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return.

Return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund/Exchange Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Exceptions:
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
