Return and exchange policy

  1. Eligibility for returns:
    • Items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as received.
    • Personalized or custom-made jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  2. Deadline:
    • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase date.
    • Changes are subject to availability.
  3. How to initiate a return or exchange:
    • Contact our customer service at contact@oliolius.com to request a return/exchange authorization.
    • Please clearly indicate your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return.
  4. Return shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  5. Refund/Exchange Process:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are inspected.
    • Exchanges will be processed once returned items are received and inspected.
  6. Exceptions:
    • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  7. Defective or damaged items:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.
  8. Refund period:
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.
